Dad`s social security benefits paid Mom a lump sum payment of $17000

The parties don't agree on child supporter arrears of $23,454

Mom disagrees with the State calculations of the arrears

The total principal was $16,478 and the interest was $1,089, the total amount includes the interest accrued

Dad is not in agreement with the amount

What is a material and substantial change in circumstances?

Generally, this means that at least one of these things has happened:

The noncustodial parent's income has either increased or decreased,
The noncustodial parent is legally responsible for additional children,
The child(ren)'s medical insurance coverage has changed, or
The child(ren)'s living arrangements have changed

"I was actually in congestive heart failure and I ended up in the E.R"

"I can't go and get a job and make any money I'm done for"

"All I'm trying to do is just get by and live out what I got left"
