When Someone Purposefully Makes You Angry What Can You Do?

Ever had someone get angry at you and then blame you for the way they felt? A while back, I did a video called " Before You Engage In An Argument With Your Spouse" and a viewer asked me what to do when your partner purposefully makes you angry.




There are many reasons why we get angry. It can be because we're hungry, tired, overwhelmed or again we are angry because we feel hurt, afraid, alone.




In this video, I shared my story of getting angry at my husband and our kids and what are some of the solutions to help you in these types of situation.
