An OTIS Genesis, which is basically a low end version of GeN2 that lacks additional features and is designed for low rise residential buildings. Notice how basic and simple the cab is. It uses the same fixtures as the second generation European OTIS GeN2 elevators but with a very simple segmented floor indicator instead of the usual LCD one. The way it rides is still very much similar to GeN2 though and feels flimsy.

On the ground floor you will notice that there is a dummy elevator door, which makes me think that a second elevator was going to be installed here but eventually cancelled.

This is in a rental apartment which was built in 2016 on the site previously occupied by an old three storey building (based on Google Street View imagery).
