If you don`t really feel like exercising, but would still like to burn some calories, taking basic steps to some upbeat music might be the best option. This is still an energetic step workout (hence the upbeat music😅), but requires no concentration on your part. You can just zoom out, relax, maybe watch your favorite show and burn calories, while also getting your steps in.
This KISS cardio workout is easy on the body, as well as the brain :))). Works great after a big meal, or while watching TV, NETFLIX, or listening to a podcast. This indoor walking workout will get you closer to your daily steps goal. It includes REGULAR STEPS, SIDE STEPS, KNEE RAISES, and even some ARM SWINGS, so you can get a full body burn.
