What You'll Need:
-24 ounces of cottage cheese (this is your average large container of cottage cheese)
-1 packet of taco seasoning (homemade taco seasoning:    • Homemade Taco Seasoning - Never Buy a Pack...  )
-10 ounce can of Rotel tomatoes
-1 to 2 handfuls of fresh cilantro (more or less, as desired) (optional)
optional toppings: sliced black olives, diced fresh tomato, shredded cheddar cheese


What You'll Do:
1. Place all ingredients into a bowl, food processor, or blender
2. using an immersion blender (or food processor or blender), blend everything until it is smooth
3. Enjoy! Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, pretzels, or sliced veggies
