What Went Wrong With Ferrari In 2020?

Ferrari's power unit came under scrutiny in 2019 following a technical rule clarification from the FIA in advance of the US grand prix. After the 2019 season, the FIA conducted a full investigation and they claimed they could not prove whether the Ferrari power unit was legal.

As we know, Ferrari had a shocking 2020 season, so does this prove that they got away with cheating the fuel flow meter? That's what I look at in this video.

*Note: Salo has come out in the media to say that his comments were "a stupid joke" and "just an informal conversation between friends". As I mention in the video, it was hosted on twitch in an informal setting, and any comments I make on the matter are of course speculative!
