Caleb Hayes shares with one of his agents (and all of you) how to send a referral within KW Command, using Referrals.

Steps are:
1. Identify the needs of the buyer/seller as best as you can
2. Login to agent.kw.com
3. Add them into KW Command as a contact, if they aren't already in your database
4. Go to the "Referrals" Tab
5. Go to "Map"
6. Search for the desired area
7. Zoom in so you can see agent production
8. Review Agents that have sold in that local market
9. Either zoom out and broadcast the referral
10. Or choose an agent to send the referral directly to
11. Click the + sign to add them to your referral network
12. Click the paper airplane to send the referral
13. Fill in all details that you initially collected about the potential buyer/seller
14. If you didn't already speak with the agent you are looking to refer to, it is great to follow up with a call/text directly
