a reflection on joy as I enter 24.

this video is different than what I typically make. it was inspired by a Bible verse and was initially created for a special praise night with my friends.

I've always appreciated the term 'joy,' but putting it into words was a lot tougher than expected. joy isn't something you chase or something that comes with achievements and success. it's the ability to live life in its entirety - including failures and hardships. what a joy to be given another chance and to stand up again!

I cried out, “I am slipping!” but your unfailing love, O Lord, supported me. When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer.
