Ms. Shikha Dahiya is an alumna of Economics Department of Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi. After pursuing her graduation, she went on to do her masters form Madras School of Economics. She then meritoriously pass the India Economics Service Examination. She initially worked as an Officer Trainee at the Ministry of Finance, then as an Assistant Director at the Department of Consumer Affairs. Currently, she is the Deputy Director of the Fifteenth Finance Commission, Government of India.
