I enjoyed reviewing the Gillaway 3000A Car Jump Starter Battery Pack. It quickly charges 12V Batteries, and also works as a USB 3.0/Power Bank. I did find that it does not work well on a dead battery, with a possible bad cell, but it did perform well on a run down battery!
