White Spinach Pizza Recipe | Homemade Restaurant Style Quick Pizza Recipe | Chef Shireen Anwar | MasalaTv

WHITE SPINACH PIZZA WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients for Dough :
Flour 2-½ cups
Warm water ¾ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil ¼ cup
Yeast 1 ½ tsp

Ingredients for Chicken :
Chicken breast cubed 1
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Baking powder ½ tsp
Cream ½ cup
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Oregano ½ tsp

For topping:
Onion as required
Chadder cheese as required
Mozzarella cheese as required

Ingredients for White Spinach Sauce :
Butter 1 tbsp
Garlic crushed 1 tsp
Spinach chopped 2 cups
Cream 1 cup
Cream cheese 1 tbsp
Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
Crumbled cottage cheese as required
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp

METHOD FOR DOUGH :
Mix yeast, sugar, water, salt, and oil in flour, and knead into soft dough, Leave it to rise for 30 mins, punch down dough, spread on a 10-inch pizza plate, and spread with white spinach sauce, cheddar cheese, spinach, crumbled cottage cheese, chicken chunks, onion, and oregano, mozzarella cheese, lastly add parmesan cheese.

METHOD FOR CHICKEN :
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients, and pan-fry until done.

METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Sauté spinach in butter and remove, Mix all together in a saucepan, and cook until thick.
