Breakfast is very important first meal of the day and it gives proper fuel to go through our daily routine efficiently. But In busy mornings, it is hard to get ready on time and often we don't have proper/healthy breakfast. For such days, Overnight Oats comes in handy. This recipe can be used to prepare nutritious meal a day before and it is a breakfast to go as well. Here is the recipe:

1/2 cup Rolled Oats
150 ml any plant based milk of your choice (Almond milk, Soya Milk, Coconut Milk Etc.)
1 tsp of Chia Seeds
1 to 2 tsp of Peanut Butter
8 to 10 raisins
Pinch or two of Cinnamon

Add Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds, Raisins and Cinnamon to the jar. Blend plant based milk with Peanut Butter and add it to the jar. Keep the lid on and leave it in refrigerator. Top it up with Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries or any other fruit of your choice. Honey and Greek Yogurt can be added for an extra flavour.
