In this episode of the First Time Storytelling Broadcast I was joined by John Krotec an Army veteran, entrepreneur, author, podcaster and speaker. He’s focused on helping to educate and improve the human condition through multiple initiatives to include Task Force Zen and Authentic Human Outliers. John is a childhood assault and traumatic brain injury survivor.

John shared the story of publishing his first book "Fractals: A Poetic Journey for Acceptance" a poetry compilation book for anyone overcoming personal trauma, to let them know they are not alone, which became a bestseller. John was very opened with us and he also read us two of his poems.

Next we played the First Time Lightning round where we learned John can spin us a proper pizza crust and shared the experience of taking his dog to pet obedience training.
