Discover my journey of hair regrowth after chemotherapy. In this video, I share personal tips and the stages of post-chemo hair growth to help others navigate this process. Hair loss can be a side effect of cancer treatment. I chose to shave my head before treatment started. Once the treatment was over, I wanted my hair to return to pre-cancer length, and I wanted it quickly.
I learned that there was no quick fix, but there were a few things I could do to help the process. Here are my tips:
1. Be Active
2. Protein - Ingest 1.5 grams per kg of your weight daily
3. Collagen - take daily
4. Rosemary Oil - apply topically to scalp 1-2 times a week
5. Gentle Scalp Massage
6. Do not comb or brush wet hair. Dry hair before detangling.

Each person is different and each person's hair growth is unqiue to them. I wanted to be healthy and try and get my hair back, so I followed these guidelines.
