1 Cup Lukewarm Milk
1 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Instant Yeast
3 Cups Bread Flour
1 TSP Red Pepper
1/2 TSP Salt
1/2 TSP Cumin
1 TSP Turmeric
3 TBSP Cooking Oil
1 TSP Turmeric
1 TSP Cooking Oil
Melted Butter

🥣 Bread Filling Ingredients:
1 Medium Onion, Chopped
1 TSP Thyme
1 TSP Pul Biber
1/2 TSP Cumin
1 TSP Turmeric
Salt, as per taste
Hot Pepper
Cooked Chicken
Chopped Lettuce
2 TBSP Olive Oil

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
Sift the flour 2-3 times before use.
Use bread flour to keep the bread soft and fluffy.
I used Bread flour to have a nutritious bread, but it can be replaced with plain flour.
Make sure, all the ingredients are out of the refrigerator and at room temperature, then add them.
Feel free to add your favorite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favorite flavor or don't add at all.
If the dough is a little sticky just put your palm in the flour and knead, no need to add more flour.
Turmeric topping is only for coloring and doesn't smell like turmeric (my grandmother's recipe), I already tested it. so don't worry.
Allow the bread to cool completely, then serve or serve warm.
Every oven is so different. The bake settings in my post is just a reference for you. You may need to experiment with your oven to know at which point of temp the bread will crack and adjust from there.
