I've been working on getting a purge to spawn at my Pyramids of Gozer location. Originally, I had the treasure room set on the third floor of the center pyramid. When that didn't work, another player I know suggested that it might be because I have the treasure room too far from the ground.

So, I built a new pyramid and put the treasure room on the first floor. There are a series of doors and thralls for the purge to go through, but nothing that should be too hard for the pathfinding in the game. It's literally a straight line.

Thoughts? Is it too far into the base?
