Coconut Barfi -
Fresh Coconut - 2
Sugar - 1 cup
Malai - 1/2 cup
Milk - 5 tsps
Chopped pistachios - for garnishing

Suji Ke Laddu -
Desi ghee - 3 tbsps
Suji (Semolina) - 1 cup
Almonds - 1/4 cup
Cashews - 1/4 cup
Pistachios - 1/4 cup
Bura - 1 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp


Chocolate Barfi -
Mawa (Khoya) - 500 gm (2 & 1/2 cups)
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsps
Clarified Butter(Desi ghee) - for greasing

Besan Barfi -
Gram Flour/Besan - 1.5 cups
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Sooji/Semolina - 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup


Coconut Roll -
Desiccated Coconut - 1 cup
Milk Powder- 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Desi Ghee - 1 tsp
Milk - 1-2 tbsps
Pink Food Colour

Besan Laddu -
Gram flour (besan) - 1.5 cups
Desi ghee - 1/2 cup
Bura - 3/4 or 1 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Chopped pistachios or almonds - for garnishing
