Jegal Taek (제갈택) was in the Meridional Gyeongsang Team of the G.O.H Tournament. He fought Gang Manseok in the past and defeated him. He had also fought Park Ilpyo, but the result of that fight ended in his defeat. He was considered as one of the top 3 fighters in the country and was famously known as Charisma Jegal Taek. He is the main antagonist of the Nationals arc.

In Korean, his name is written as 제갈택. Jegal is his surname and Taek is his given name. He possesses a very rare two-syllable Korean surname.
