I did a 240km Trip with two other Velomobiles (Milan SL and QuestXS) and in between, I decided to do a Sprint, the Sprint is a Segment on Strava and I drove it at an average speed of 48,2km/h for 9km, after this I did another sprint from Dannenberg to Dömitz but that wasn't recorded... I am only driving my Milan for 3 months now and before that, I didn't do a lot of training so I think the speed is quite good for this little training...
