Old Fashion Potato Pon in the Air Fryer?

In this video, I will show you how I make an old fashion recipe with a new twist using the air fryer. Let's get cooking.

Recipe:
2 sweet potatoes
1/4-1/3 c sweetener
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/4 c almond milk
few drops of liquid sweetener (optional)

Wash and dry sweet potatoes. Prick with folk and stray with cooking oil, I use avocado oil. Bake in air fryer on 400 for 20-30 minutes check halfway with folk to test when potatoes are done. Let cool until you can handle to peel them.
Mash potatoes with a folk, add sweeteners, egg, vanilla and stir well. Then add almond milk. Place in a small oven proof bowl that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Air fry on 400 for 15 minutes, if not set you make need to cook a few more minutes. Enjoy.
