GXO Strategies Director Cameron Milner has blasted the Albanese government for having an “answer for nothing” and an “excuse for everything”.

Labor’s primary vote has slumped to its lowest level since the 2022 election, according to the latest Newspoll.

Support for Labor has fallen by one per cent to 31 per cent, while the Coalition’s primary vote remains steady at 38 per cent.

“This is a government who has an answer for nothing and an excuse for everything,” Mr Milner told Sky News host Sharri Markson.

“It’s a little wonder the polls are so bad.

“What it shows – both the Resolve poll and Newspoll – is that Labor’s only pathway to government is with the Greens and with the teals.”
