4 lbs your choice of beef meat( I used chuck)
2 lbs your choice of meat with bone (I used short rubs)
Salt
Black pepper
6 chile chipotles in adobo sauce
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp oregano
5 whole cloves
1/4 cup ACV
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 small onion
4 bay leaves
