So this is set in the 1850s, the SBI are vampire royalty.

Tommy's mother hired [Claire] the maid to look after Tommy while the woman was away on business in Paris. [Claire] the maid stole from the royal family and was hiding so King Philza came to get his revenge, but what he found was even more greater than revenge. It was a child, a golden haired baby boy with the deepest ocean blue eyes. The family was awestruck by his beauty but not only that but the resemblance between this child and their dead son Theseus was identical and they fell in love with him, wanting to protect him no matter what, killing the maid in the process for "making" [Theseus] Tommy "sad".
