Secondly, do not leave your refrigerator door open for extended periods of time, which would allow the internal temperature of your fridge to rise from the recommended setting of 37’F. This will cause your Sea Moss Concentrate Gel and other foods to fluctuate in temperature, allowing for microorganisms to flourish.
