2025 Porsche 911 Hybrid Coming May 28

➡️Porsche will reveal the new 911 on May 28, and while it won’t look radically different on the outside, the automaker has confirmed it will feature one major change under the skin: a hybrid powertrain.

The automaker says the new 992.2 can lap Germany’s Nurburgring in 7 minutes, 16.9 seconds when equipped with the Aerokit spoiler package, which is 8.7 seconds faster than the “corresponding version” of the previous model, the 992 Carrera S.

To prime us for the May 28 reveal, Porsche released a video and set of images giving us a taste of the more than 3.1 million miles of testing that went into the 2025 car. The world premiere will be broadcast at 09.00 EST on Porsche’s YouTube channel.
