These integration and descending energies are getting stronger as we transition

We are experiencing a sense of comatose energies for the ascending humans to help keep things calm within so we are as comfortable as possible as the frequencies continue to rise higher

With the energy moving so quickly and light energy pouring in it may cause itchy skin, body aches, sinus and chest "congestion", nausea, ear buzzing/ringing, blurry vision, head pressure, changing appetite either eating more than usual or no appetite at all , fatigue , irritability , mood swings , and scalp tingling or sensation like something is gently touching you

And some people are feeling more euphoric energy, calmness, and joyfulness, being present, being neutral, transparent, flowing with energy and very mindful and self-aware

And some of us are feeling all of it! A sense of feeling multiple emotions and physical symptoms daily

Just remember whatever you are feeling allow yourself to flow with it, remain present, trust the process, use your healing tools and know you are divinely loved and guided by the universe. Open your heart and follow your intuition

We are in the Ascension Gateway being prepared to be the frequency of our highest timeline

Everything that has been servicing emotionally and physically have been to fully clear and heal any remnants of anything holding you back or in the 3D

Our body, soul, and heart are becoming fully aligned with our highest self by transmuting those things that were no longer aligned to make way for all the new upgrades within and in our human experiences
