How to apply leave-in conditioner to protect your hair!

Even though this product is called a "detangler," it's also described as an all in 1 spray meant to detangle, protect, strengthen, etc. But either way, detangling ingredients ARE conditioning ingredients too! Also, this video isn't a direct response to Sofia's routine because she applies a hair mask all over her hair after this step. That will obviously condition her hair further. Instead, this is meant generally for anyone who typically applies leave in products like this, because I see it ALL the time (and most people are not applying a hair mask after their leave in conditioner)! Changing how I apply leave in conditioner has made such a difference in the health of my hair- I'll never go back! If you have very fine and/or thin hair, you can (of course) modify this to suit your hair type so that you don't end up with heavy, sticky hair.
