Email or Call car dealers in your area asking to match invoice price
Make dealers compete while being respectful.

After you narrow down the dealers, make sure they are motivated to discount the vehicle
If you see language like this “One price, one person, one hour”, you can bet they are not going to haggle. Same thing with Autonation, they tend to set the price from corporate and don’t haggle much
