It has been more than 5 years since my last flight with THAI in first class so I was really looking forward to it. I used 195,000 SAS miles for this trip flying first class on the outbound from London Heathrow Airport to Bangkok with THAI and business class on the inbound (with EVA Air). Service was exceptional on this flight and the staff all seemed enthusiastic. Dining was also very good with the usual caviar and champagne. Sadly, wifi was not complimentary. Overall, a great flight ;)
