Rental Management Terms
• 10% of gross rental revenue will be retained by the Hotel as a service fee
• Net rental revenue split:
40% to Hotel / 60% to Unit Owner
• Direct expenses borne by Unit Owner including:

o Common area fee and others

Rental Management Notes
• The Hotel has exclusive rights to rent and manage the unit when the Unit Owner chooses to participate in the Rental Management Program.
• The Unit Owner may reserve the unit for personal use up to 45 days per calendar year.
• A monthly statement will be provided to the Unit Owner, detailing rental performance, income, expenses, and any amounts due.
