I am Making a Game! | Dream Collider Devlog #1

I'm working on a video game! The current working title is "Dream Collider", it's an Adventure/RPG game with a lo-fi cartoon art style. In the game, the player has 5 days to save the world from a Dream Collider that is causing the world to gradually blend into dreams.

The current plan is to make a playable demo for Dream Collider that will see release some time this summer, and then potentially crowdfund or promote the game to try to raise some income that can be used to help finish the game. I'm expecting that the final game will see release next year if I have enough time to work on it coming up.

So far, I've been handling all of the work for the game myself, including art, music, writing, and coding/game design. Because it's a 1 person project, the final game will take a while to finish!

I'll hopefully create more devlogs as the game progresses, and through the process I'll show how the programming works for different things and give insight into the design and creative process for the game.

It'll be a bit before you hear much more about the game. Right now the next big step is the first playable demo for people. But I'll keep everyone posted!
