This week, we will be learning how to play the bass line to Buggin’ Out by A Tribe Called Quest. I wanted to do this riff much earlier in the game, but at the time I thought I needed a 5 string bass to get busy. I was wrong hahaha. This smooth groove is in the key of Bb minor and starts on that low F. There are also two ways you can play this riff; don’t worry, I’ll show you both so you can pick your poison.
