This Viral Cottage Cheese Wrap has taken over TikTok and for good reason! It’s a two ingredients high protein wrap you can use to make sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, and more! It’s such an easy wrap to make and made with simple ingredients. With about 25 grams of protein per wrap, it’s a great way to add more protein to your meal!

There are multiple ways to make it and in the video I share each method: with whole eggs, with egg whites only, and with cottage cheese only. I also share how to use the cottage cheese flatbread as a base for a low carb pizza.

8 oz Cottage Cheese
2 Large Eggs (can sub with 1/4 cup egg whites)
1 tsp Italian Seasoning optional
1-2 Garlic Cloves optional
Salt and Pepper, as desired
