People who know me know my biggest dream in life is to sound like literally anyone I want at the drop of a dime. Whether Mozart, Kanye, Coltrane or Zeppelin. Today I woke up and decided I wanted to sound like Phil Collins mixed with Fleetwood Mac.

Everything I create is training for me. I feel like the more I understand about music (and art), the more clearly I can express myself. I'm not a singer, a songwriter, or a pop artist, but I want to be one whenever I choose to. Just like I want to be a baroque composer, a reggaeton artist, or a thrash metal band whenever I choose to.

I resurrected an old beat about 40 hours ago, made up some lyrics, threw some autotune on my voice, and made this quick little video in about a day and a half. I hope one day that projects like these will only take me an hour or less. I want to be able to express myself as clearly, quickly, and effectively in as short of an amount of time as possible, as to not lose touch with the ether when I'm tapped into it.
