Greetings to everyone! With the 2016 Olympics in full swing in Brazil, we decided to try Picanha on the Joetisserie this week! Picanha is a traditional Brazilian cook and this recipe is fantastic! The homemade chimichurri sauce recipe comes from Bon Apetit (with a couple modifications):
