Darin Marques has made his mark in Southern Nevada as a renowned leader in the luxury real estate market. Darin is a luxury homes specialist with The Ivan Sher Group, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, and a sales manager for ASCAYA, a premier luxury home community in Henderson.

During his career, Darin has negotiated more than $50 million in luxury home sales, including negotiating the highest land sale in Southern Nevada in 2016. He is a valuable resource for The Ivan Sher Group, a company that has set the benchmark for expertise and knowledge in the luxury real estate market. During his role in 2017 as general manager of the Ivan Sher Group, the firm completed a record $305 million in sales volume, making them the number one real estate team in Nevada by more than double their closest competitor.

As a dedicated executive in the real estate industry, Darin continues to oversee sales for ASCAYA, which he has been involved with since 2014. Sales at ASCAYA are managed by The Ivan Sher Group. ASCAYA recently opened its $25 million clubhouse and has completed five of its six Inspiration Homes by some of the country’s top architects. In 2015, Darin was responsible for the top two residential land sales in Southern Nevada, both at ASCAYA, and he has managed more than $200 million in sales and developer investments in the community. When the community is sold out -- in an estimated 10 years -- Darin will have led ASCAYA to more than $1 billion in real estate sales.

Darin’s work in the community includes service on the board of directors for Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth. He also supports a variety of community youth programs and organizations.
