In this short educational video for kids we go over what a #map is. A map is used for many different reason but the biggest reason people use a map is to locate place or landmarks.

Did you know that a map uses something called a Compass Map to show what direction on the map you would need to go in order to get to the location you wanted to go to?

Maps also use symbols to show different areas like forests, buildings, homes, rivers and more.
