L W M A Crossover Signal indicator, is a VertexFX client side VTL, based on a fast moving, and slow moving Linear Weighted Moving Average indicator.

The concept behind this indicator is that, the faster L W M A responds to a trend, quicker than the slower L W M A. At the same time, the slower L W M A confirms that the trend is sustainable.

We first calculate the fast L W M A based on FAST L W M A period, and the slow L W M A based on the SLOW L W M A PERIOD. The signals are generated, when the crossover of the two these L W M A's occur.

When the faster L W M A crosses above the slower L W M A, a BUY signal is generated. Likewise, when the fast L W M A crosses below the slower L W M A a SELL signal is generated.

BUY ! Place BUY position, when a BUY ARROW signal is received, at close of candle. Avoid entering the BUY trade, if a gap-up open has been observed.

SELL ! Place SELL position, when a SELL ARROW signal is received, at close of candle. Avoid entering the SELL trade, if a gap-down open has been observed.
