Growing arrowroot is easy in the right climate. Today I dig up one of my plants, show you how to clean the roots and also teach you to plant arrowroot. This beautiful and edible root is the main ingredient in arrowroot biscuits and arrowroot flour. It contains an excellent edible starch but is unfortunately usually too fibrous to eat without crushing and extracting the flour.
