Ingredients to make Baked Bubble Potato Chips
Potato - 4
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 2 tbsp

Method to make Potato Bubbles
1. Boil or Steam the potatoes.
2. Add some salt and butter and mash it well.
3. Pass the potato mix through a sieve to make it more soft and smooth.
4. Add it to a piping bag and make small dollops onto a baking tray.
5. Bake it at 160 degrees Celcius pre-heated oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
6. You can serve it hot.
