At the heart of this year’s Budget 2024 are several key issues which includes rising living costs, eldercare support, and housing affordability. This Budget is also the first after the release of the Forward SG report in October 2023.

On 21 February, our panel of experts in social policy, gender equality, sustainability, and finance explored the implications of Budget 2024 on Singapore's future.

Dr Ng Kok Hoe Head of Social Inclusion Project at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP), chairs this panel and speaks to Mr Reggie Koh, host of "The Financial Coconut", Ms Sugidha Nithiananthan, Director of Advocacy, Research and Communications at the Association of Women for Action and Research (AWARE) and Ms Terese Teoh, President of Singapore Youth for Climate Action (SYCA).
