This is the 1st installment in my Uncharted Movie Trilogy. I've been wanting to do this for a very long time now but I didn't have a recording device. Luckily, I got an Elgato Game Capture HD around June and worked on this movie for the whole summer. The truth is, this was finished around August but I felt like it could use some more polish. I originally wasn't going to upload this in 1080p HD but I felt that this movie could use the extra boost since it is not as impressive as the sequels.

Editing wise, this was extremely complicated and undoubtedly the hardest movie edit I've done. I used a lot of new editing techniques, used various angles for action scenes, and worked with the audio and the video quite a lot. Keep in mind this is not the full representation of the game. I had to cut some scenes to keep it at a movie length and keep the action moving. Some scenes I cut were a bunch of simple gunfights, platforming, and puzzles. Don't worry though, you're still getting the full story. I just felt that these were unneeded and were only there to make the game longer. To also save time, I tried to make each gunfight in about 30 seconds.

Another thing I took out were the chapter logos that appear in the game. These are subtle changes but I feel like they help keep this movie cinematic. I also removed a few button prompts by zooming in. I did this because I feel they can sometimes be too distracting to the viewer. But I'm not too comfortable zooming in because the quality drops which makes it look a bit bad. I didn't remove all of the button prompts though. There are a lot more things I did but I can't tell you them just yet.
