[iRO] Abyss Chaser Auto Spell - Elemental Ring Testing

This is the result of my test. Please note that the overall damage can fluctuate due to the randomizing nature of auto cast builds.

Thanatos AD Set - 0:39

It is still a good set with impressive damage and hp/sp regeneration. You can also switch footgear freely, such as MMP or Destroyer Boots. Also, the damage you see does not include comet auto-cast or buff from MMP, so the damage in real fight could be much higher.

Elemental Set (+14 Elemental Sword) - 1:29

The damage is on par with Thanatos AD Set. I took longer time attacking the dummy. That's probably why the overall damage is a little bit higher.
With +14 Elemental Sword, you will auto cast Release Lv. 2, firing elemental balls. Although this add more auto-cast skills, it prevents you from auto-casting Tetra Vortex often as the skill requires elemental balls to cast. In terms of budget, this damage is achievable with +14 Full Faith Crown with Fenrir Card, so the damage could be lower with other headgear.

Elemental Set (+13 Elemental Sword) - 2:43

The damage is similar to the above sets. With +13 Elemental Sword, you can't auto-cast Release Level 2, meaning you will auto-cast Tetra Vortex more often and its damage compensates those lost from Release Lv. 2. Also, since Tetra Vortex is an aoe skill, it is better for leveling and farming compared to +14 sword. However, you need +13 Elemental Boots if you want to go this path.

Summary
In my opinion, the new set provides us with something new to play. The damage is also impressive. However, I still feel Thanatos AD Set is still better as you are free to use any footgear and it's more convenient overall (you can auto-cast comet when leveling with constant hp/sp regeneration, or tremendously boost damage with MMP). In the end, it depends on your current build and your budget. I hope my test could help you decide.
