Before trying this drops I tried every diet, I would lose 5 to 7 pounds and wouln't be able to lose anymore and evetually gain it back.. I tried the 25 days... I would suggest getting a calories intake app, it really helped me. i got my diet diary... I bought Morning Star- veggie burgers and chicken patty's... I bought vitamin B12 for energy and I hope the best for anybody that will try this 1234 diet drops... I've been off it for a month and weight the same.
