Anger and frustration are daily experiences for many people. It usually starts as slight irritation and impatience and when left unchecked or suppressed, can become anger, rage and even violence.

Anger harms everyone involved, especially the one feeling the anger. The emotion of anger inside the body involves a very toxic and acidic chemical makeup. If we stay in anger long enough, we can literally poison ourselves with our own emotions.

Therefore, it's important to recognise anger and frustration in our system and have some tools we can apply to help us come out of it. EFT Tapping is one of the fastest and most effective ways to come out of anger and cease any rumination that may be happening also.

For a while there, people were advising that punching a bag or screaming into a pillow would help release the anger and stop the cycle. However, most psychologists and research have shown that this is not true. Therefore, we need better tools to manage and release our anger, especially ways that don't harm anyone in the process.
