El-Rufai Tells Kaduna Residents To Disregard Buhari's Order On Old Naira Notes

The Kaduna state Governor, Nasir El-Rufai has charged the people of State to continue to use their old 1000 and 500 Naira notes as a legal tender in line with the orders of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
