In this video, we look at the effect of temperature on enzyme controlled reactions. First, I show you how we investigate the effect of temperature on an enzyme controlled reaction. We then explore the shape of the graph produced and explain this in terms of the tertiary structure of the enzyme and the active site. Finally, I explain what is meant by the temperature coefficient.

This video is aimed at the UK A Level Biology specifications. Students studying International A Level Biology will need to check their specification.
