Installed the new Advanblack color matched tour pack speaker pods today. Very easy to install just had to drill the holes for the speaker screws and the wiring relief cut for the wires of the speakers and led rings. Took me about 2 hours to install onto a factory tour pack on a 2019 triglide ultra. There was sadly a couple of wires that I cut to remove the factory pods due to how HD installed the headset components in the pods.(which is really screwed up to be honest.) They should either have disconnects or should at least had made it possible to remove those connections and controls to be removable without having to cut the wires. So there's another not so hot hit against HD on how they do things and not having their customers in mind when doing things. I highly recommend these for those wanting something that is sturdy for aftermarket speakers or sound systems. The rear speakers actually are louder now due to the change over because the leather isn't being a sound damper from the factory pods.

Tools required that I used were 7/16 socket, t20 bit(tour pack lid tether screws, wire cutter, 9/32 drill bits to drill the speaker mount holes (used the factory speaker mount grommets), phillips screw head bit. That is all you need if you are replacing the factory speaker pods on your tour pack. Now if you're installing on a tour pack without pods on it already you will need a hole saw drill bit to drill the big hole into the pack which is 2.5".
