I didn't think I had a routine on the road, but then I noticed all the little patterns I fell in to, especially in the mornings that I was not waking up for a sunrise hike somewhere. I suppose us humans tend to crave consistencies in life, and I realized that I was really enjoying the tiny routine I had created for myself each morning on the road.
