FDNY Ladder 4, Rescue 1, Engine 23, Division 1, Field comm 1, Field comm battalion, MERV 1, Rebreather 1, TSU 1, HAZ TAC, division 1 messenger, and an FDNY ambulance responding to a major all hands track fire in Pennsylvania station on an Amtrak rail line in manhattan.
